Why We Exist

When there's nowhere left to go, there's Redemption House.

When someone relapses in a sober house, they have to leave the same day. Without somewhere safe to go, they end up on the street or in a shelter — the worst possible environment for someone trying to get back on their feet.

Redemption House is where they go. Up to 16 beds, staffed by sober volunteers, with a live-in house manager on site. We give people the stability they need to recommit to recovery — at no cost to those who can't pay.

We work with hospitals, treatment providers, and recovery homes across the community — and we're open to anyone who needs a safe place while the right next step gets figured out.

Community gatherings are part of life at Redemption House.

Community

Recovery doesn't happen alone.

Redemption House is more than a place to sleep. It's a community — people at different points in their recovery, showing up for each other.

Events, milestones, and everyday moments remind the people here that they belong somewhere and that their recovery matters to someone other than themselves.

Lola's Workshop

Lola's Workshop gives our guests the opportunity to learn hands-on contracting skills — building real pathways to employment while fostering personal responsibility and ownership.

Our 20' x 20' space is being fully rehabbed from the ground up, and every step of the process is being done by the people who will benefit most from it.
